As a charge nurse for years, I had one BIG no-no… I better not ever hear:
“you’re not my patient”
“That’s not my hall”
“That’s not my job”
I was blessed with one of the greatest bosses, Ms. Leigh Heath right out of college that taught me this… I also had an amazing bunch of young ladies that had the same work ethics and grew to be more like family
Leigh, Beverly, Renee, Rose and Margaret I still think of yall often.
Marsha I am not forgetting you. We shared you with days, but you were one of us!!
